Are your wigs made from real human hair?

Yes. All our hair systems are made from 100% premium human hair, allowing you to wash, style, and wear them just like natural hair.

How do I choose the right size, density, or colour?

Each product page includes detailed size charts, colour references, and density descriptions. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing the closest match. Our team can also assist before you place an order.

Will the wig look natural in real life?

Yes. Our hair systems feature natural front hairlines, realistic hair direction, and breathable bases. When worn correctly, they are designed to be non-detectable in daily life.

Can I cut or style the wig after receiving it?

Yes. Because our wigs are made from real human hair, they can be trimmed and styled by a professional barber or stylist. Heat styling is supported within normal recommended limits.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

Our hair systems are custom-prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Orders are first sent to our Australian handling location for inspection and packaging, then dispatched to customers.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery time includes:

  • Processing and preparation: 7–10 business days
  • Shipping within Australia: 2–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express shipping is available within Australia once the item is ready for dispatch. Please note that express shipping does not shorten the preparation or processing time.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a wig if I change my mind?

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of hair systems, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been used or worn.

Can I open the package to inspect the product?

Yes. You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, for hygiene reasons, hair systems must not be worn or tried on to remain eligible for change-of-mind returns.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before any item is sent back.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for unused and unopened items, subject to inspection and approval.
