Are your wigs made from real human hair?
Yes. Our hair systems are crafted using 100% premium human base hair, allowing you to wash, style, and wear them just like natural hair.
If you select a Grey Hair option, the grey strands are made from high-quality synthetic fibre by default to ensure colour stability and consistency. Limited quantities of human grey hair may be available upon request — please contact our support team to confirm availability before purchase.
How do I choose the right size, density, or colour?
Each product page includes detailed size charts, colour references, and density descriptions. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing the closest match. Our team can also assist before you place an order.
Will the wig look natural in real life?
Yes. Our hair systems feature natural front hairlines, realistic hair direction, and breathable bases. When worn correctly, they are designed to be non-detectable in daily life.
Can I cut or style the wig after receiving it?
Yes. Our hair systems use premium human base hair, allowing them to be trimmed and styled by a professional barber or stylist.
Heat styling is supported within normal recommended limits. Please note that if a Grey Hair option is selected, the grey strands are made from high-quality synthetic fibre by default and may require lower heat settings.

Professional adhesive glue is not included by default.
Can I wear it straight away?
Yes. Each system is designed to be worn confidently from day one.
We recommend taking a moment to familiarise yourself with the system and positioning before your first wear.
A natural result comes from the right setup rather than rushing the process.
Adhesives & Wearing
Why isn’t adhesive glue included?
Adhesive glue is not included as standard because the right adhesive choice depends on individual experience level, lifestyle, and wearing preferences.
For first-time wearers, adhesive tape is often easier to work with and allows for adjustment during fitting.
For users seeking maximum hairline invisibility, professional adhesive glue may be considered as an optional solution once you’re familiar with wearing a hair system.
Is tape suitable for beginners?
Yes. Adhesive tape is beginner-friendly and is included to help you position and fit your hair system during your first wear.
It allows easier adjustment compared to glue and is a practical starting point for new users.
When should I consider using adhesive glue?
Adhesive glue may be considered if you are seeking maximum hairline invisibility or a more advanced wearing setup.
Because adhesive preferences vary, we recommend selecting glue based on your experience level and wearing needs.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our hair systems are custom-prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Orders are first sent to our Australian handling location for inspection and packaging, then dispatched to customers.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time includes:
- Processing and preparation: 7–10 business days
- Shipping within Australia: 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available within Australia once the item is ready for dispatch. Please note that express shipping does not shorten the preparation or processing time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a wig if I change my mind?
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of hair systems, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been used or worn.
Can I open the package to inspect the product?
Yes. You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, for hygiene reasons, hair systems must not be worn or tried on to remain eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before any item is sent back.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for unused and unopened items, subject to inspection and approval.
