We specialise in premium non-surgical men’s hair systems, also known as men’s wigs or toupees. Our products are designed to look natural, feel comfortable, and integrate seamlessly with your existing hair.
Are your wigs made from real human hair?
Yes. Our hair systems are crafted using 100% premium human base hair, allowing you to wash, style, and wear them just like natural hair.
If you select a Grey Hair option, the grey strands are made from high-quality synthetic fibre by default to ensure colour stability and consistency. Limited quantities of human grey hair may be available upon request — please contact our support team to confirm availability before purchase.
How do I choose the right size, density, or colour?
Each product page includes detailed size charts, colour references, and density descriptions. If you are unsure, we recommend choosing the closest match. Our team can also assist before you place an order.
Will the wig look natural in real life?
Yes. Our hair systems feature natural front hairlines, realistic hair direction, and breathable bases. When worn correctly, they are designed to be non-detectable in daily life.
Can I cut or style the wig after receiving it?
Yes. Our hair systems use premium human base hair, allowing them to be trimmed and styled by a professional barber or stylist.
Heat styling is supported within normal recommended limits. Please note that if a Grey Hair option is selected, the grey strands are made from high-quality synthetic fibre by default and may require lower heat settings.

Adhesives & Wearing
Why isn’t adhesive glue included?
Adhesive glue is not included as standard because the right adhesive choice depends on individual experience level, lifestyle, and wearing preferences.
For first-time wearers, adhesive tape is often easier to work with and allows for adjustment during fitting.
For users seeking maximum hairline invisibility, professional adhesive glue may be considered as an optional solution once you’re familiar with wearing a hair system.
Is tape suitable for beginners?
Yes. Adhesive tape is beginner-friendly and is included to help you position and fit your hair system during your first wear.
It allows easier adjustment compared to glue and is a practical starting point for new users.
When should I consider using adhesive glue?
Adhesive glue may be considered if you are seeking maximum hairline invisibility or a more advanced wearing setup.
Because adhesive preferences vary, we recommend selecting glue based on your experience level and wearing needs.

What if I experience irritation or discomfort?
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek advice before continuing.
Individual skin sensitivity can vary, and taking a cautious, step-by-step approach is recommended—especially when trying new wearing methods or adhesives.
Sensitive scalp and adhesive comfort
Can I wear a hair system if my scalp is sensitive?
Scalp reactions vary from person to person. An adhesive or remover that feels comfortable for one wearer may not suit another, and beginner-friendly does not mean suitable for sensitive skin. No attachment method is guaranteed to be irritation-free.
What should I check before choosing tape, glue or a remover?
Read the product’s ingredient information, suitability guidance, warnings and application and removal instructions before buying or using it. Check compatibility with both your hair-system base and the intended skin-contact use. Follow any manufacturer-directed skin-testing instructions; a test does not guarantee that a later reaction will not occur. If ingredient or suitability information is missing, ask for clarification before use rather than assuming the product is suitable.
You can browse our hair-system accessories to compare the available options. Do not assume that tape, glue, remover or scalp protector is gentler simply because of its name or format. If you have a history of reactions or an existing scalp concern, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before trying a new product.
Are there alternatives to adhesive contact?
Clip attachment may be an adhesive-free option for some wearers, provided there is enough healthy natural hair to anchor the clips and the system is suitable. Clips can also cause pulling, pressure or discomfort and are not suitable for everyone. Read our guide to using clips to attach a hair system and discuss fit and attachment suitability with an experienced hair-system professional before changing your setup. Switching from glue to tape is not a guarantee of better skin comfort.
How can I approach everyday comfort and care?
Follow the directions for each product, avoid excessive pulling or tension, and do not apply fresh adhesive over old residue. Use only a compatible remover as directed and release the bond gently rather than pulling the system off. Our Basic Care Routine covers gentle handling and everyday maintenance. Do not continue wearing a system simply to reach a planned maintenance date if it feels uncomfortable.
When should I stop use and seek advice?
If itching, burning, redness, soreness, a rash or other irritation occurs, stop using the product and pause wear. Follow the manufacturer’s removal directions, avoid forceful removal and do not reapply adhesive to irritated or broken skin. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before restarting, especially if symptoms persist, worsen or recur. Seek urgent medical help for a severe reaction, such as breathing difficulty or swelling of the face or throat. A hair-system professional can help with attachment technique, but cannot diagnose a skin reaction.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our hair systems are custom-prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Orders are first sent to our Australian handling location for inspection and packaging, then dispatched to customers.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery time includes:
- Processing and preparation: 7–10 business days
- Shipping within Australia: 2–5 business days
Total estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks.
Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping is available within Australia once the item is ready for dispatch. Please note that express shipping does not shorten the preparation or processing time.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a wig if I change my mind?
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of hair systems, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been used or worn.
Can I open the package to inspect the product?
Yes. You may open the packaging to inspect the product. However, for hygiene reasons, hair systems must not be worn or tried on to remain eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before any item is sent back.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for unused and unopened items, subject to inspection and approval.

Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
An order confirmation email is automatically sent after purchase and serves as your receipt. If you require a tax invoice, please contact us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Care & Maintenance
How long does a men’s hair system last?
With proper care, a hair system typically lasts between 1 and 3 months, depending on wear frequency, maintenance routine, and lifestyle.
How do I care for my wig?
We recommend gentle washing, correct adhesive use and removal, and avoiding excessive heat. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.
First month routine
Your first month is about finding a calm, repeatable routine, not getting everything perfect straight away. Start with the day-by-day guide below and adjust it to your hair system, adhesive instructions, activity level and how the attachment is holding.
What should I do each day in the first week?
- Day 1: Set up without rushing. Read the care guide and your tape or glue instructions. Have a compatible adhesive remover, gentle shampoo, soft pads or towels and fresh adhesive ready. Check the position before securing the system, and follow the adhesive’s directions for application and setting time.
- Day 2: Gently brush or style as needed and briefly check placement and the edges. Avoid pulling at the base or repeatedly lifting it to check the bond.
- Day 3: Repeat the light grooming and edge check. Notice any lifting, residue or product buildup. Do not simply cover old adhesive with more adhesive.
- Day 4: Keep care light and check your supplies. Set aside an unhurried maintenance window for when washing or an adhesive change is due.
- Day 5: Assess whether it is time to wash. Every 5–7 days is a useful starting point, with adjustments for sweat, warmer weather, activity and buildup. Washing frequency is not a guaranteed adhesive wear time: follow your adhesive instructions and refresh the attachment earlier if needed.
- Day 6: If washing or adhesive maintenance is due, use the checklist below. If not, continue gentle daily grooming and reassess the next day. You do not need to remove and reattach the system every day.
- Day 7: Complete the wash if due, allow natural air drying, and note how the first week went. Record your wash and adhesive-change dates separately so you can learn what suits your setup.
What is the removal, cleaning and reattachment checklist?
Use this sequence whenever a full adhesive refresh is due. Only use products suitable for your base and intended application, and follow their labels rather than a fixed soaking or setting time.
- Release gently. Apply a suitable adhesive remover as directed and allow it to soften the bond before lifting the system slowly. If it resists, pause and allow more release time rather than pulling.
- Remove residue. Gently peel or roll away softened tape or glue. Use a soft pad and further compatible remover as directed for remaining residue. Avoid hard scraping, sharp tools and pulling on the base or knots.
- Clean before rebonding. Remove remaining adhesive and remover residue from the base. Clean the attachment area using products intended for that purpose and follow their directions. Do not attach over old residue.
- Wash gently when due. Use lukewarm water and a suitable gentle shampoo. Avoid rubbing, twisting, wringing or scrubbing the hair. Rinse thoroughly.
- Air dry. Gently blot excess water and let the system air dry naturally, away from high heat. Wait until the base and attachment area are completely clean and dry before applying new adhesive.
- Reattach carefully. Check the position first, then apply fresh tape or glue according to its instructions. Follow the specified application, setting and water-exposure directions. Check the edges without tugging.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and seek advice before continuing. There is no need to force a routine that is not working for you.
How does the routine change in weeks 2–4?
On days 8–14, repeat the light daily grooming and checks, with washing generally every 5–7 days from the last wash. Use the full removal and reattachment checklist when your attachment needs refreshing, not simply because a calendar day has arrived.
On days 15–21, keep the same rhythm and review your notes. If residue is becoming harder to clean, plan maintenance before heavy buildup develops, within your adhesive’s directions. Avoid unnecessary washing or removal just to do more.
On days 22–28, repeat the routine and check the overall condition of the hair and base. On days 29–30, review what worked, replenish your supplies and plan the next month. The goal is consistency, not daily deep cleaning.
How much time should I allow each week?
As a practical planning estimate, allow around 2–5 minutes a day for light grooming and checks, plus 45–90 minutes of hands-on time for one full removal, residue clean-up, wash and reattachment session. In a week with one full session, that is roughly 1–2 hours of active care in total. Your first few sessions or a heavy glue clean-up may take longer.
Air drying, remover dwell time and adhesive setting time are additional waiting time and vary by product and conditions. Leave a generous window rather than trying to finish before an appointment. If your setup needs more than one full session in a week, allow extra time.
Does weekly care mean replacing the system every week?
No. An adhesive refresh is different from replacing the whole hair system. Our usual replacement-cycle guidance is around 1–3 months, depending on wear frequency, maintenance and lifestyle, rather than a guaranteed lifespan. During the first month, keep an eye on shedding, tangling and base wear so you can plan ahead instead of waiting until the system is difficult to manage.
