At Men’s Wig Gallery, we take great care to ensure your order is prepared, inspected, and delivered safely. Please review the information below for details on preparation times, shipping options, and what to expect after placing an order.

⬡ Preparation & Quality Control

Most of our hair systems and wigs are prepared to order. After you place an order, your product is sourced from our manufacturing partner and delivered to our Australian facility for quality inspection, hygiene checks, and careful preparation before dispatch.

Preparation Timeframes:

  • Hair systems & wigs: approximately 7–14 business days
  • Accessories (tapes, adhesives, removers): 1–2 business days

This preparation process ensures each item meets our quality and hygiene standards before being shipped to you

⬡ Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted delivery partners such as Australia Post.

    Standard Shipping

    • Cost: Flat rate $9.95 AUD
    • Estimated delivery: 2 - 8 business days after dispatch

    Express Shipping

    • Cost: $14.95 AUD (FREE on orders over $80 AUD)
    • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

    Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    ⬡ International Shipping

    We currently ship to selected countries including New Zealand, USA, UK, and Canada.

    • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
    • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination

    International delivery timeframes begin after dispatch from Australia, following preparation and quality control.

    Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or refund these charges.

    ⬡ Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    ⬡ Delivery Delays

    While we aim to deliver orders as efficiently as possible, delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

    • Remote or regional locations
    • Public holidays or extreme weather
    • Customs inspections (for international orders)
    • Courier or supply chain disruptions

    Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier. Shipping delays alone do not constitute a fault under Australian Consumer Law.

    ⬡ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

    We pack all orders carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

    If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@menswiggallery.com.au, including your order number and any relevant photos.

    Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery.

    For added security, we recommend shipping to a secure address or selecting signature on delivery where available.
