2. Pre-Dispatch Inspection
Before your order is shipped to you, it is inspected for:

3. Packaging & Preparation
After inspection, your hair system is carefully prepared for shipment:

Because we perform quality checks before dispatch, orders typically require additional preparation time.
- Processing & inspection: 7–10 business days
- Shipping within Australia: 2–5 business days
