Within the GHOSTBOND range, Platinum provides the strongest hold and highest temperature resistance. The water-based formula is both water and oil resistant once properly applied, while drying clear to create a discreet bond beneath both lace and poly hair replacement systems.

Like other GHOSTBOND adhesives, Platinum is water-based, latex-free and dermatologically tested. Rather than simply being an alternative to GHOSTBOND Classic or XL, Platinum is best considered the higher-performance option when heat, sweat, scalp oils or demanding daily conditions are the main challenge.

How to Use

Clean the scalp thoroughly and remove oils, dirt and previous adhesive residue.
Make sure the scalp is completely dry before application.
Apply a thin, even layer of GHOSTBOND Platinum to the required bonding area.
Allow each layer to turn clear before applying the next layer.
Once the final layer has dried clear and is ready for bonding, carefully position the hair system.
Press the system firmly into place to establish an even bond.
Allow adequate curing time before exposing the bond to water, heavy perspiration or strenuous activity.

Important Notes & Skin Safety

GHOSTBOND Platinum is water-based, latex-free and dermatologically tested, but individual skin responses can still vary. Perform a patch test before first use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or have not previously used this adhesive. Do not apply adhesive to broken, cut or irritated skin.

Although Platinum is designed for strong bonding under demanding conditions, actual attachment performance will vary between wearers. Skin chemistry, scalp oil production, perspiration, climate, preparation, application technique and maintenance routine can all affect the bond.

During removal, do not force the hair system away from the scalp while the adhesive remains firmly bonded. Apply an appropriate adhesive remover and allow sufficient time for the bond to release before gradually lifting the system. Gentle removal is particularly important with fine lace and other delicate base materials.
